PayPal web checkout
With over 346 active users, the vast majority experience this checkout solution. Transactions can be as simple as a single FI (funding instrument) to multiple FI’s along with balance, rewards (earn and burn), cross boarder (currency conversion), and the list goes on and on.
Problem:
The current framework for which we build our web checkout experience on is not scalable enough to handle the complexities that come along with todays offerings. The UI has become overwhelming to users and any new feature has discoverability issues due to the sheer amount information on the screen at one time.
Goal:
Create a scalable framework that can handle all of the complexities of XO, yet be simplistic and intuitive.
Discovery
Discovery and research are still in the works and will be updated in early 2021.
Put a graph or boxes showing the percentage of XO’s that involve specific future and title this
Rewards, balance, PPC - (Credit, Pay in 4), PAD, Installments, …
Other stuff…Set as preferred, add card, change address… (this would be if we need to add it)
